Principal's Message:
It gives me immense pleasure in welcoming you all to a brand new institution namely, Guru Nanak Institute of Engineering and Technology, whose objective is to march around the central pivot of young student's desire to become an Engineer and responsible for the growth of country’s wealth.
It is an institute where discipline and punctuality with conducive environment will provide quality education development in frontier areas of engineering and technology. We, the faculty, staff and administration at GNET will work for producing technologically superior and ethically strong engineers for the country and the world with a purpose to serve the society & mankind. With strong team work we would achieve technological excellence in a highly competitive environment around us.

The ultimate aim of the students is to get higher percentage and to be placed in the multinational companies. This is not only the aim of students but also the aim of parents, teachers and our management. As all our objectives are focused towards this single point, no doubt this aim will be fulfilled.
Keeping in mind the wordings of Rabindranath Tagore that teaching must be based upon students' needs , nature and environment, our management and the staff members strive hard to make the learners to build in them a repertoire of experiences and make them fit to keep pace dexterously with the changing nature of the society to which they belong.
To achieve this objective, certain procedures are followed which are welcomed by the students. To make the students physically and mentally fit for their objective, there are excellent facilities for various games and sports . The college is also situated in calm and serene atmosphere wherein students can imbibe learning by keeping in touch with nature and aspire heights in all their endeavours. Hope all these added advantages will take Guru Nanak Institute of Engineering and Technology to its pinnacle of glory within a short duration and it may become globally one among the leading institutions.

There is a devoted and dedicated team of faculty with distinguished academic record and long teaching experience in all branches to provide quality education and training in engineering and technology. They work with enthusiasm, brimming with new and creative ideas. In addition to expert coaching by faculty members, students also have the advantage of learning from eminent professors, scientists and experts from the other reputed institutions and industries who are invited to give guest lectures.
Unity In Diversity
There is a need for greater diversity and choice in education, but not in the people who are learning it. GNET provides congenial atmosphere not only for the students of our state but also for those, who come from other states like West Bengal, Orissa, Assam, Nagaland, Bihar, Punjab to name a few . Thereby, GNET promotes UNITY IN DIVERSITY.
