About Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmacy

Established under the aegis of the Guru Nanak Institutions in 2006, the College has been a nurturing ground for pharmaceutical professionals. In recognition of the excellence of its educational standards, Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmacy, Ibrahimpatnam has been Approved   by the AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

Keeping the objective of providing the best possible pharmaceutical education, the College has built up a strong infrastructure for full fledged Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics/ Pharmacology courses respectively. The Institute is constantly seeking to upgrade the quality of its education is endeavouring to become a ‘Continuous Education Centre’, where new knowledge pertaining to the Pharma field is generated on a regular basis.

The Institute is proud of having experienced and highly knowledgeable Quality Faculty, most of whom perusing PhD to impart education. Continuous Teacher-Student Academic interaction is maintained to ensure that the learning program remains relevant to the innovative trends in field of pharmacy.

The Institute includes spacious Class rooms, Excellent working/well designed and equipped State-of-art-Laboratories Like Pharmaceuitcs Labs, Pilot Plant, Pharmaceutical Chemistry Labs, Pharmacology Labs, Pharmacognosy Lab, Central Instrumentation Room Pharmaceutical Biotechnology And Microbiology Lab. These labs have Superior Grade Chemicals, Glass wares and even expensive Equipments like UV visible Spectrophometer, B.O.D incubator, Tablet Punching machine, Tablet Coating   Machine, Tablet Disintegration Apparatus Semi Automatic Capsule Filling Machine, Dissolution Apparatus , Actophotometer Laminar Air Flow with Classical Three door entry Aseptic Room and many more etc.

At GNIP, Library is furnished with vast and comprehensive and voluminous collection in Curriculum books scaling to 4914 Volumes and 492 Titles, Journals 30 National and 20 International subscriptions. The access to these reading materials is allowed to any student of GNIP.

The Cafeteria in GNI Campus serves hygienically prepared South Indian, North Indian and Chinese Dishes, Coffee and Ice-Cream parlors pleasing Quality and the Quantity.

The massive 50 acres campus also hold best play ground for several games like Cricket, Volleyball etc.  Also Sports activity centre with Snookers, Table Tennis, Chess Carrom, etc.

The Connectivity to every part of the City is strongly connected with comfortable and  majestic transport system of GNI campus with more than 40 buses, well maintained .
