Prof. Dr. Appalayya Meesala, aged 52, holds Ph.D. and M.B.A. degrees in Marketing Management. He has held senior positions in his managerial career spanning 20 years before crossing over to teaching. He has been teaching M.B.A courses for over 7 years now in Professor’s cadre. Before taking over as Director of this institute, he was Professor and HOD in Deccan School of Management. Prior to that, he taught at Rai University.
He has published 10 research articles on management issues and two books on personality development. His theory on learning known as ‘Nibble Reflect Method’ is a helpful tool for learning difficult quantitative methods.
